Harnesses

We recommend Charley Tube SIL harnesses because:

1) the reserve is mounted low by your butt so it is out of your way unless you need it.

2) it is a DHV approved padded harness for those bad landings.

3) it has an easy attachment of the speed bar stirrup set up.

4) it is comfortable for those long flights.

5) the SIL system is stronger than steel carabiners and guarantees that you stay in your harness.

Stirrup/Speed Bar

Attached to every harness we recommend a speed bar/stirrup attached to any harness which allows you to climb into your harness and use your speed bar easily. $40

Are your carabiners strong enough?

The SIL system eliminates the need for carabiners, and is stronger than steel carabiners which makes slipping out of your harness impossible. $650

Praise for SIL!

Hi Granger,

I ordered and received a Charly "Tube" harness from you a few months ago.

I love the harness!!! It is extremely comfortable, very well made, and it was at a great price, too!!!!! So, I just wanted to say thanks. I am glad I ordered the harness from you. The SIL system took some getting used to (that is compared to the old student gear I was using), but after using it, I really do like it. Everywhere I go with the harness people are very curious about the harness and the SIL system. I have referred them all to you. Last week I met about 5 paraglide pilots traveling in the U.S. from Belgium. They all had Charly harnesses and also spoke very highly of the harness.

Please keep me on your email list for your future Mexico trips.

Aloha and thanks again,
Vance Tilley
